Every hearing system fitting places different demands on the choice of material. To help you provide your customers with the best possible solution, Hörluchs® offers five high-quality earmold materials.

They are manufactured using precise 3D laser and printing processes and finished by hand using traditional craftsmanship.

3D TEC LPH

Easy to rework Durable Easy to clean

A light-curing resin developed for modern production systems. Its excellent workability allows the finished earmold to be adjusted without having to recreate its geometry.

3D TEC LPH earmolds come with SMART FINISH as standard. The surface is sealed using a process developed by Hörluchs®

Exceptionally thin-walled High wearing comfort Good heat dissipation

With 3D FINE TEC, we are expanding our range of materials for SE earmolds with a thin-walled yet stable option. With a wall thickness of just 0.8 mm, 3D FINE TEC offers the same stability as 3D TEC LPH with a wall thickness of 1.3 mm.

The reduced wall thickness creates an exceptionally discreet fitting. The transparent material allows more of the natural skin tone to remain visible, helping the earmold blend harmoniously into the ear. This gives hearing care professionals a convincing option for customers who place particular importance on an unobtrusive fitting.

At the same time, the reduced wall thickness creates additional installation space. In anatomically suitable individual cases, this allows external receivers to be used where a fitting with 3D TEC LPH was previously not technically feasible.

The low weight, fine layer structure and improved heat dissipation enhance wearing comfort. The surface structure also supports the breathability of the tissue in the ear.

3D THERMOtec®

Moisture absorption Long-lasting wearing comfort Breathable

The material changes its behaviour depending on the temperature. Its firm shape provides guidance during insertion. Once inside the ear, the material adapts to the anatomy and remains permanently flexible.

The material is manufactured and supplied without a coating, preserving its characteristic properties.

3D TITANIUM

Hypoallergenic Durable Thin walls

Titanium is hypoallergenic and skin-friendly. Its high material strength allows wall thicknesses of approximately 0.5 mm, which can make a decisive difference in narrow ear canals.

Depending on the version, polished, matte and color-finished surfaces are available. The TITANIUM FASHION range with cubic zirconia stones offers additional design options.

3D SOFT SILICONE

High acoustic seal Wide range of colors Children's earmolds

During production, a shell is created first. The silicone is then injected and cured. Once the shell has been removed, the earmold is finished by hand.

The earmolds are sealed with a silicone coating as standard. A dedicated range with special designs is available for children.
