The event kicked off with Gisbert Jung (Managing Director and Owner of Excellence Connect) providing an insightful overview of current market data and developments in the hearing acoustics industry. This was followed by an engaging presentation from Daniel Maas (Managing Director, Excellence Connect) titled “Excellence Connect – Your Trusted Partner in a Changing Market”, which was met with great interest by the audience.
A technical highlight of the day was presented by Manuel Müller (Regional Manager, Natus Medical GmbH), who introduced an innovative ear scanner. The intuitive handling and practical advantages of the device were well received by the attending hearing care professionals.
Thomas Meyer, Managing Director and Owner of Hörluchs®, contributed another thought-provoking topic with his keynote on the shortage of skilled workers in the hearing acoustics sector. His hands-on solutions and real-world examples sparked in-depth discussions and encouraged dialogue among the participants.
A subsequent guided tour through our production facilities gave the guests exclusive insights into the manufacturing processes at Hörluchs® – a behind-the-scenes experience that opened up new perspectives. At the same time, a workshop was held at the Hörluchs Campus, our dedicated training center, focusing on innovative titanium earmolds, including TITANIUM FASHION and TITANIUM OCCLUFREE®.
The day concluded with a fun team-building event in the evening, which creatively strengthened team spirit and brought plenty of smiles.
A final highlight was the exclusive tour of the Dauphin family’s vintage car collection – one of the largest private collections in Europe. The unique vehicles and their fascinating stories left a lasting impression on everyone involved.
