Features
The Hörluchs® HAWEIxs made of resistant hard-soft acrylate is silicone-free and therefore also suitable for work in paint booths. The integrated carbon fibre filter ensures that warning signals can be heard and speech can be understood very well in noisy work environments. The hearing protector is particularly resistant to dirt and can be easily cleaned with the filter in an ultrasonic bath or with the auriFIX cleaning spray.
After insertion, the Hörluchs® HAWEIxs becomes soft by the body temperature. Therefore sits very comfortably in the ear. It can be easily inserted or removed with the integrated handle or the optional grip notch.
The customised hearing protection is manufactured in a reproducible 3D process including a high-gloss and robust “Smart Finish Brilliant” surface finish.
Production
Taking impressions
In the first step, an impression of your auditory canal is made. With the scan of the impression, the hearing protection can be produced perfectly fitted.
3D production
Thanks to the state-of-the-art 3D production of Hörluchs®, the hearing protection is manufactured quickly and precisely. Re-production and new production are possible at any time thanks to 24 months of data storage.
Delivery
The finished hearing protection can be collected from your Hörluchs® partner. You will receive detailed instructions including a functional test.
