Properties

The HL SAFE impression silicone by Hörluchs® is ideal for precise molding of hearing protection and in-ear monitors. Its distinctive features ensure reliable sealing in these applications.

HL SAFE provides exceptional detail accuracy, high elasticity, and tear resistance. After staying in the ear for 3 minutes, it can be easily removed and maintains its shape over the long term.

This biocompatible impression material has a medium viscosity and achieves a final hardness of approximately 37 Shore A. It is available in cartridges suitable for Automix 1 or Automix 2. The package includes 8 cartridges, sufficient for up to 40 impressions (Automix 2).
