- Adjustable for hearing loss: The HA ACTIVE PRO can be individually adjusted to the wearer’s hearing loss for optimum protection and hearing performance.
- Cerumen filter system: Provides lasting protection for the electronics against moisture and sweat, which is important for continuous use.
- PPE-certified: CE-marked under Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and EU type-examined to EN 352-7 – suitable as personal protective equipment in noisy workplaces.
With the HA ACTIVE PRO, individual adjustment to the wearer’s hearing loss is possible across 12 adjustable frequency bands. Adjustment is carried out exclusively by Hörluchs®:

The right model for every user
The HA ACTIVE is available in three variants: two custom-fit models for long-term use and one UNIFIT version for testing. The custom-fit versions are individually manufactured based on the wearer’s personal ear impression.

The Hörluchs® HA ACTIVE is an active hearing protector designed for use in industry and trade, wherever noise protection is required but communication and situational awareness remain essential.
The custom-made earmould ensures a secure fit and a personalised wearing experience. Precisely tuned microphones enable clear directional hearing and excellent speech intelligibility in continuous noise levels of up to 112 dB(A). In the event of sudden impulse noise, such as bangs or gunshots of up to 164 dB, the electronics limit the sound level in less than 10 milliseconds.
The integrated cerumen filter system provides lasting protection for the electronics against moisture and sweat. In the HA ACTIVE PRO 312, an optional telecoil allows direct connection to radio or telephone systems. In cases of hearing loss, the HA ACTIVE PRO 312 can be individually adjusted to the wearer.

Custom fitting in three steps
Hearing protection only works reliably when it fits properly. Custom-fit earmoulds are individually manufactured from an impression of your ear, ensuring a precise fit, verified protection and high wearing acceptance, even over extended periods of use.
