Activity, water and a chance to cool off
Steinberger See provided the right setting for a varied day. Some took to the board for wakeboarding, others opted for a round of mini golf or for the activities on and in the water. With summer temperatures, there was no shortage of opportunities to cool off.
A barbecue by the lake
The barbecue then took centre stage. The afternoon wound down in a relaxed setting right by the lake – no fixed programme, but plenty of time to talk.
Time for one another – across departments
The real value of the day lay less in the programme than in the encounters: colleagues who rarely work together directly in day-to-day operations were active together, sat down together and took time for one another. That is exactly what the summer party is for.
