The manufacture begins at your store

The in-ear manufacture doesn’t start in the lab – it starts in your hearing care practice. As a hearing care professional, you lay the foundation for a perfect end product through consultation, needs assessment, and precise ear impressions. Each of these steps has a direct impact on the final quality and fit of the hearing system.

At Hörluchs®, we see ourselves as your partner throughout the entire process – from the first client meeting to the successful handover. Through precise collaboration, clear workflows, and targeted training, we ensure that every TiK® in-ear hearing system meets the highest standards.

At your store

1. Consultation & needs assessment:
You advise your client, assess their hearing needs, and identify their personal preferences.

2. Checkbrain app & audiometry:
Together, you create the individual sound comfort profile – the basis for the later preconfiguration.

3. Ear impression & order:
You take an accurate ear impression to ensure the perfect fit. You then send all data, shell type, and design preferences to Hörluchs®.

AT HÖRLUCHS®

4. High-tech manufacturing & individual preconfiguration:

We model, print, and finish the in-the-ear system, configuring it individually for the wearer based on the data from audiometry and the Checkbrain app.

5. Quality control & shipping:
After final inspection, the system is delivered to your store within a few business days.

6. Handover
The preconfigured hearing system is handed over to the client.
