What sets this hearing protection apart is not only its custom-fit design but also the material used: hard-soft acrylic. This material remains hard at room temperature, allowing for effortless insertion. When exposed to body heat in the ear canal, it becomes soft and flexible, perfectly conforming to the ear and providing comfortable wear even during extended periods. The advantages of this biocompatible material are manifold: it is highly compatible, even for various allergies, and effectively transports moisture from the ear canal. Additionally, it remains tear-resistant and dimensionally stable, ensuring exceptional comfort.
The Hörluchs® HAWEIs is equipped with high-quality carbon filters that not only effectively reduce noise but also allow for the perception of warning signals and speech in noisy environments. Furthermore, the filters are interchangeable, allowing for customization of the hearing protection to meet the requirements of different work areas.
The individual shape of the ear canal enables quick insertion and removal. The small and compact design ensures optimal ventilation of the auricle. Unlike traditional earmuff-style hearing protection, heat does not accumulate here, making it particularly comfortable in warm working environments.
The robust ABS soundproofing plate on the outside not only increases the stability of the hearing protection but also makes it highly resistant to dirt. 3D manufacturing
Hörluchs®’s ultra-modern 3D production means that hearing protection is manufactured quickly and precisely. Re- and new production is possible at any time thanks to 24 months of data storage.
Delivery
A Hörluchs® partner will hand over the finished hearing protection to you. You will receive detailed instructions including a functional test.
